Being accustomed to go on trips together with their colleagues from primary school, Avenor College middle school students have the opportunity to broaden their horizon through learning experiences outside of the classroom.
Learning Outside of the Classroom (LOTC) is extremely important at Avenor. Only through relevant reality-based experiences students will be able to apply their knowledge in curricular and co-curricular classes.
Throughout middle school years, students go on trips in Romania and begin to explore travelling outside of the country. It is a good opportunity to discover other cultures, to learn new habits and to become more flexible and tolerant towards the differences between people and cultures. Trips destinations are chosen according to the topics discussed during the classes.
