In 2011, I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Bucharest, with a major in Pedagogy. At that time I also started teaching at the Children's Education Foundation, a non-profit organization that runs educational programs for children aged 5 to 14.

I continued my professional training with a Master's Degree in Management and Evaluation of Organizations and of Educational Programmes at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences. The desire to be involved as much as possible in the development of children guided my steps, in the autumn of 2015, towards the Department for Pre-school and Primary Education Pedagogy, at the University of Bucharest.

I joined the Avenor team in 2015. In the first year, I adapted and learned the values and principles of learning promoted by Avenor College. I had the opportunity to get to know and to work with all primary school students.

I turned my attention to the optimal adjustment of students from Pregătitoare classes to the requirements of the school, working together with the teachers' team. With a positive attitude and good cooperation, I have perfected myself in designing, deploying and evaluating learning. Thus, I have had the opportunity to develop my teaching abilities and educational skills. The hours of teaching and co-teaching helped me to discover and implement different learning and classroom management strategies. I continued my training through demonstrative lessons, educational projects within PBL, Crafty Hands Club for students from grades pregătitoare and 1.

This year I want to continue with the students from Grade 1 alfa the activities for their academic and behavioral development, to help them become responsible in actions and thinking, independent, knowledgeable in various fields, become good citizens who care about their peers and the safety of the environment in which they live. I hope my students will contribute this year also to their own training with great enthusiasm and joy.
