I graduated from the University of Bucharest, The Psychology and Educational Sciences Faculty, where I majored in Psychology in 2007 and I’ve been working with children of all age groups ever since. After finishing college, I started my training in Adlerian Psychotherapy for three and a half years, I attended a Master’s Degree Programme for 2 years in Psychology of Human Resources and different courses and workshops here and abroad, with teachers from Great Britain, United States, Israel, Switzerland, Germany, The Netherlands and Ireland.
I started my career in a secondary school where I worked as a school counselor for a few years. Because I wanted to get to know the preschool children, I decided to change the workplace and I worked for one year at Mind Lab as a trainer mainly with preschoolers. During this time I became a Registered Educational Psychologist and I have a 13 year experience in working with children.
Working with children gives me a great satisfaction and I strongly believe that when you love what you do you can reach your goals. In my work, I’m trying to empower children with abilities which can help them bring their own contribution to society and to feel valued and significant.
I joined Avenor College eight years ago. Here I have the pleasure of helping children discover their main resources and skills in order to solve any difficulties they encounter.
