Anca Hăulică

Teacher of English

When I was a child, my parents told me that I could have multiple jobs. So, I planned to become a princess and an astronaut. Years passed, and somehow, after trying PR, dreaming of engineering and communication in foreign languages, I became what I always pretended to be as a little girl, a teacher. I believe in positive education; I like to listen to children’s opinions and respect them. I enjoy educating through discovery, giving children the opportunity to ask questions, to be creative while stimulating their curiosity. I strongly believe that we are all unique and, therefore, have different needs. I like to learn about each child and create situations that will allow their learning. And besides all of this, I continue to be a student and continue to learn from my mistakes, from everyone, and from every course that can contribute to my personal development.

I am blessed to be a mother of two children, a wife, and a teacher, willing to share my optimism and the joy of knowledge with children. As a teacher, I have literally lived my childhood dream. I have embraced the teaching career for over sixteen years because it allows me to promote positive attitudes towards children through their learning journeys.

I graduated in Applied Modern Language and Literature, English and French, and completed my studies at the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences – Preschool Education and Pedagogy, obtaining a degree in Preschool and Primary Education. This professional journey is complemented by successfully passing the qualification and tenure exams.

This will be my tenth year of teaching following the English National Curriculum, which, in my opinion, ideally fits my teaching and learning approach.

It will be a great year full of challenges, joys, new friendships, and discoveries! I am Miss Anca, and I look forward to learning together with you!
