At Avenor College, our learning culture is built on the <\/span>3C Model \u2013 Concepts, Competencies, and Character <\/b>\u2013 developed within the <\/span>Common Ground Collaborative<\/b>, the international network we are part of.<\/span><\/p>

The vision behind the 3C Model is championed by Kevin Bartlett, Founding Director of the Common Ground Collaborative (CGC) and a leading figure in international educational innovation, with whom we have been working closely for more than 10 years.<\/span><\/p>

With extensive experience in transforming school systems, Kevin Bartlett promotes a simple yet powerful common language of learning that brings together all stakeholders \u2014 students, teachers, and parents.<\/span><\/p>
