I chose to work with souls. My professional journey has always been guided by a sincere desire to share the knowledge I have gained with new generations, to offer students the freedom to express themselves and create, as well as by a deep aspiration to contribute to building a high-quality education system.<\/span><\/p>\n

I firmly believe that a teacher\u2019s effectiveness is determined not only by their skills and knowledge, but also by the personality they bring into the classroom, by their ability to inspire, guide, and build authentic connections. My goal has always been to serve as a role model for my students: someone who spreads love, kindness, gentleness, respect, admiration, and honesty.<\/span><\/p>\n

I pursued my path in education with passion, graduating in 2015 from the Faculty of Letters, specializing in Romanian and English, at the \u201cAlexandru Ioan Cuza\u201d University of Ia\u0219i. That same year, I moved to Bucharest and enrolled in the Master\u2019s program <\/span>\u201cDidactics of Philological Disciplines\u201d<\/span><\/i> at the University of Bucharest, where I had the privilege of learning from exceptional professors and deepening my pedagogical training. In 2017, I completed this program with a dissertation entitled <\/span>Reader Response Theory<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n

I continued my professional development by earning my Teaching Certification (Definitivat) in 2018 and, in 2023, completing the Second Teaching Degree (Gradul Didactic II), also at the University of Bucharest. In 2025, I reached another milestone by completing the postgraduate program <\/span>\u201cReading and Literature: Innovative Perspectives on Text Reception in Middle and High School\u201d<\/span><\/i>, also at the University of Bucharest.<\/span><\/p>\n

Classroom experience has shown me that today\u2019s students have different needs and interests, and that a valuable teacher must meet them with a fresh, empathetic, and creative approach. It\u2019s not only about <\/span>what<\/span><\/i> you learn, but <\/span>how<\/span><\/i> you learn. That\u2019s why, through my subject, I aim to cultivate students\u2019 artistic sensitivity, awaken their appreciation for literature and the art of language, and support them in discovering their own abilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

A new year full of challenges, emotions, and fulfillment awaits me as part of the educational team at Avenor College.
