My name is Iulia-Roxana Mois\u0103, and I am a Psychology and PSHE Teacher. I am also delighted to take on the role of Form Tutor, a responsibility that I see as an opportunity to support my students’ academic and personal development.<\/span><\/p>\n

My passion for education and Applied Behaviour Analysis centres on understanding how our everyday actions shape our lives and guide us towards personal and professional success. As a Form Tutor, I look forward to applying this knowledge to support and guide my students, helping them become independent, resilient, and well-rounded individuals.<\/span><\/p>\n

My professional journey in supporting children, adolescents, and adults began in 2007 and has focused on developing individualised intervention plans and promoting the successful inclusion of students with special educational needs in mainstream education.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0I graduated from the<\/span> Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Ia\u0219i and hold a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and Counselling <\/span><\/i>from the same institution. In 2021, I further expanded my professional expertise by completing the programme offered by<\/span> Clemson University (South Carolina) and becoming a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

My commitment to inclusive education has deeply personal roots, inspired by my daughter, Anca, who has Down syndrome. She teaches me every day to look beyond limitations, to believe wholeheartedly in the unique potential of every individual, and to approach education with patience, empathy, and perseverance.<\/span><\/p>\n

I chose to join the Avenor community because its values reflect my own educational philosophy. Here, I have found a true vocation: helping students understand that Psychology is not about manipulation, but rather a powerful tool for understanding ourselves, making sense of our behaviours, and finding the courage to grow and change.<\/span><\/p>\n

Outside school, I enjoy expressing my creativity through painting, music, and dance, and I treasure every moment spent with my daughter. Together with my students, I look forward to a year filled with learning, personal growth, and meaningful experiences that will inspire us all to grow together.<\/span><\/p>\n
