I have always been passionate about education and applied behavioral analysis, and recently, I have developed a particular interest in how behavior shapes one\u2019s life and how individuals build themselves through their actions to achieve success, both personally and professionally.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2007 I began to work with children, teenagers and adults creating an individual intervention plan considering every aspect of each one\u2019s development. Educating children to become independent is one of my passions, which I find very fulfilling.<\/span><\/p>\n

I graduated in Psychology and Educational Sciences from A.I. Cuza University of Ia\u0219i, and got a master\u2019s degree in Educational Psychology and Counseling. In 2021 I graduated from Clemson University, South Carolina, department of Behavior Analysis and also became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.<\/span><\/p>\n

I worked mostly as a psychologist for children and young people with learning disabilities considering all the aspects for their integration in the mass schools or kindergartens. I am an advocate of education for all and I owe this to my daughter with Down Syndrome, Anca. She has been teaching me to believe in everyone\u2019s potential to become the best version of themselves and also to understand that one needs a lot of patience and perseverance to obtain the best results. I also believe that each individual possesses unique gifts intended to positively impact others, and it is our responsibility to cultivate these gifts through both our words and, more importantly, our actions.<\/span><\/p>\n

In my free time I like to believe that I am an artist. I like to paint, to sing, to dance and more than anything I love to play with my daughter. Making study efficient and also enjoyable is a motto that I am conceptualizing now.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I joined Avenor because its values closely align with my own principles, and through this connection, I discovered a new passion: teaching young students the science of psychology, and more importantly, guiding them on how to study effectively and develop a genuine love for learning.<\/span><\/p>\n

I believe that while I teach my students, I am also continually learning from them. Psychology is not about mind-reading or manipulation; rather, it is about helping ourselves and others thrive by understanding the purpose and causes of our behaviors. This understanding empowers us to embrace change and strive to become who we are truly meant to be: our very best selves.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thrive for what we live in the present and be enthusiastic about what the future will bring.<\/span><\/p>\n
