For me, education goes far beyond the simple transfer of knowledge \u2014 it is about inspiring a way of seeing the world with meaning, curiosity, and understanding. I believe that behind every concept taught lies the essential question \u201cwhy?\u201d, and that the answer to this question offers children solid anchors in the reality around them.<\/span><\/p>\n

My journey began at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, later enriched by a Master\u2019s degree in Learning, Innovation, and Coaching in Education. These studies equipped me with modern, relevant tools for creating learning experiences that truly transform. Over the years, I have worked with students with special educational needs and led leadership and public speaking training programmes \u2014 experiences that have taught me to view learning through the diverse needs of each child.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2025, I completed the Concept-Based Inquiry training, an approach that has brought new depth and coherence to my teaching, focusing on big, transferable ideas. Alongside this, I have integrated Project-Based Learning into my practice \u2014 a model that challenges children to work together, seek meaningful answers, and learn through questions rooted in their own daily lives. This approach naturally reinforces the \u201cwhy?\u201d and encourages active exploration of the world they inhabit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since joining Avenor in 2023, I have been actively involved in projects that promote authentic learning and the holistic development of each child. My goal is for every student to grow into not just a curious learner, but also an independent, thoughtful, and empathetic young person. I see the classroom as a vibrant, flexible space where every voice is valued and where learning is built on trust and genuine connection.<\/span><\/p>\n

I see my role as that of a guide \u2014 a present and attentive figure who observes, encourages, and provides clear structures, while also allowing the freedom each child needs to discover their own rhythm and potential.
