A good teacher is a lifelong learner. It’s easy to instill enthusiasm for learning in students if you are a model of lifelong learning, and show it in a natural way, with passion and modesty. It is the teacher’s role to assist students in developing this ability fluidly and persistently.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2017, I graduated from “Spiru Haret” National College in T\u00e2rgu-Jiu, specializing in French and Philology. Subsequently, I enrolled at the <\/span>Faculty of Letters<\/i><\/b> within the <\/span>University of Bucharest<\/i><\/b>, specializing in <\/span>Universal and Comparative Literature<\/i><\/b>. During my time at the university, I continued studying the French language. Additionally, I completed the <\/span>Psycho Pedagogical Module<\/i><\/b> within the <\/span>Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences <\/i><\/b>at the <\/span>University of Bucharest<\/i><\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

I eagerly joined the Avenor team as a Learning Assistant. I look forward to the start of this new chapter. Being at the beginning of my career, I aspire to develop myself, absorb as much information as possible from my colleagues who already have extensive experience in education, and continuously improve my teaching skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

I believe that being sensitive to the individual needs of students is an exceptional quality of a teacher. When a teacher manages to be empathetic and see things from their students’ perspective, they truly become mentors to them on their path to success.<\/span><\/p>\n

Starting from the individual needs of each student, I aim to help them develop a positive self-image, grow harmoniously, and have a realistic understanding of their progress over time. Another personal objective is for every student in my class to cultivate an enthusiastic attitude towards school.<\/span><\/p>\n
