My name is Florina Ariton, and I am a positive, creative, dedicated person who is deeply passionate about my work with children. I believe that early childhood education is the foundation for a child\u2019s harmonious development, and my role is to provide support, encouragement, and a safe environment where children can discover their own strengths and grow with confidence.<\/span><\/p>\n

I graduated from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, specialising in Pedagogy of Primary and Preschool Education. I have over 16 years of experience in early childhood education, during which I have worked with children of various ages and backgrounds. Each year of activity has helped me grow not only professionally but also personally. Working with children teaches you to be more patient, attentive, and open-minded. My work gives me daily energy, motivation, and the joy of contributing to the development of young learners, and this inspires me to constantly learn and improve.<\/span><\/p>\n

I enjoy creating an educational environment where children feel safe to explore, ask questions, and express their emotions. My classroom is a vibrant, dynamic space where learning is seamlessly blended with play, because I believe that young children learn best through direct, hands-on experiences. I regularly integrate sensory, interactive, and creative activities that meet the needs and interests of each child. I am also committed to fostering a positive atmosphere where children learn to collaborate, respect one another, and celebrate their successes together.<\/span><\/p>\n

I strongly believe in lifelong learning and strive to stay up to date with new trends and educational techniques. Every day is an opportunity to discover something new and enrich my teaching practice, because I know this helps me provide children with the best resources for their development. I see the educator\u2019s role as essential in shaping future generations, and I embrace this responsibility with love and dedication.<\/span><\/p>\n

Outside of work, I am an active person with many passions. I enthusiastically follow Formula 1 races and dream that one day I will have the chance to drive a race car. I love to travel, discover new places, go camping, and fish \u2014 activities that bring me relaxation and feed my curiosity and sense of adventure.<\/span><\/p>\n
