I believe my desire to work with children has always been there, like a thread guiding my steps even before I could put it into words. I\u2019ve always been curious about how we learn, how we develop, and how the people around us during childhood shape who we become. Since my school years, I was fascinated by my teachers – the way they taught, how they built authentic relationships, inspired, and were truly present. I observed everything they did closely and felt that something deep and transformative was happening in that teacher-student relationship. Gradually, I realized that I wanted to be part of that process – to one day contribute to someone\u2019s beginning.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am a former Avenor student and spent eight years here, which left a profound mark on me. For me, Avenor is a meaningful place that showed me what education with heart, care, and respect for the child truly looks like. I graduated from high school in 2020 and then moved to London where I completed my bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology at King\u2019s College London in 2023. Afterward, I earned a master\u2019s degree in Organizational and Social Psychology at the London School of Economics, which I completed in 2024. Although my academic path has been varied, my passion has remained constant: child development, especially from a psychological and emotional perspective.<\/span><\/p>\n

For me, a nursery is much more than just a playground – it\u2019s the space where the foundation for life is laid. It\u2019s where empathy, self-confidence, the courage to explore, and the joy of curiosity are nurtured. I strongly believe in a holistic education that cultivates authenticity, connection with nature, free play, and learning through discovery. Working with young children during this crucial stage means planting the seeds that will bloom in how they learn, love, relate to others, and see themselves throughout their entire lives.<\/span><\/p>\n

Psychology has always been the lens through which I view education. I\u2019m particularly passionate about how children develop emotional intelligence, self-regulation skills, healthy relationships with others, and self-esteem. I believe that a teacher in early education is also an emotional guide, helping little ones understand their inner world and express themselves authentically.<\/span><\/p>\n

Outside the classroom, I love traveling, reading, and exploring the inner world through spirituality and self-discovery practices. I firmly believe that an authentic teacher is also a curious person, always seeking new meanings and constantly evolving – because that\u2019s the only way we can truly support the little ones.<\/span><\/p>\n

At Avenor, I want to grow alongside the children, to bring inspiration, and to help build a space where every child is seen, respected, and loved exactly as they are. I dream of a community where every small discovery is celebrated and every step forward is met with support and understanding. I believe that here, in this warm and welcoming environment, we can offer children strong roots and wide-open wings to follow their own path.
