<\/b>Since I was a child, when I used to turn my dolls into students and write with chalk on the closet door, I knew that one day, my place would be in a classroom. School has always been a space of wonder and admiration for me \u2014 a place where inspiration is born. Teaching is not just a job; it\u2019s a mission to guide, shape, and uplift others through values like integrity, perseverance, and compassion.<\/span><\/p>\n

I earned my Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mathematics from \u201cAlexandru Ioan Cuza\u201d University of Ia\u0219i in 2023 and completed my Master\u2019s in Applied Mathematics (English-taught) in 2025. I also graduated from both levels of the national teacher training programme, which helped me explore not only instructional methods but also the emotional and motivational dimensions of education.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mathematics has taught me to think analytically \u2014 to recognise patterns, build logical arguments, and remain resilient in the face of uncertainty. This way of thinking has shaped both my approach to teaching and my philosophy as an educator: to empower students to become autonomous, curious, and reflective learners.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2022 and 2024, I studied at Universit\u00e9 Grenoble Alpes in France through the Erasmus+ programme, gaining exposure to topics such as machine learning, cryptography, optimisation, and data science. These international academic experiences also sparked my interest in comparative education and inspired me to integrate best practices from various systems into my own classroom.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2024, I\u2019ve been teaching mathematics to students from primary to high school, in both group and individual settings. I\u2019ve supported learners in preparing for national exams and university admission, always adapting instruction to each student\u2019s pace and learning style, with a focus on conceptual understanding and building confidence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Volunteering has been a constant in my life since 2015. Whether organising educational workshops, mentoring young learners, coordinating teams, or leading charity projects, I\u2019ve always believed in the power of meaningful community involvement. These experiences have deepened my understanding of empathy, adaptability, and student-centred mentoring.<\/span><\/p>\n

At Avenor, I hope to contribute to a learning environment where mathematics is not only a subject but also a tool for thinking, questioning, and personal growth. I aspire to be the kind of teacher who doesn\u2019t just provide answers \u2014 but helps students discover their own. I am excited to continue growing in a school that values innovation, collaboration, and the transformative power of education.<\/span><\/p>\n
