I have always been fascinated by the point where engineering logic meets artistic creativity. After years of studying in the technical field, I realised that my true calling is not just to create technology, but to inspire and guide students to become creators themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n

My academic journey began with a degree in Computer Science at Titu Maiorescu University (graduated in 2023) and continued with a Master\u2019s in Artificial Intelligence at the same institution, which I completed in 2025. To support my path as a teacher, I also completed the psycho-pedagogical training module.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alongside my studies, I consistently focused on the practical side, getting involved in projects that combine programming, robotics, and 3D design. This experience culminated in the publication of a scientific article with the publisher Springer Nature Switzerland, titled ‘Considerations for Controlling a Bionic Hand Using EMG Sensors’, which was then further published by the International Federation for Medical and Biological Engineering.<\/span><\/p>\n

My vision for the Design & Technology subject goes beyond simply using tools. I strongly believe it is a fundamental process for developing thinking. It\u2019s a way for students to identify a need, design a solution, build a prototype, and \u2013 perhaps most importantly \u2013 learn from failure in order to improve.<\/span><\/p>\n

This creative cycle fosters resilience, critical thinking, and the ability to solve complex problems \u2013 essential skills for the future, regardless of the path they choose.<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s why, in my lessons, I aim to create an active learning environment \u2013 a true workshop of ideas. My goal is not to offer recipes, but to equip students with a set of principles and tools, both mental and practical. I encourage them to take creative risks, to collaborate, and to understand that every object they design is an opportunity to express their vision and make an impact on the world around them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Outside the classroom, I spend my time engaging in creative activities. Whether it\u2019s robotics projects, video game design, painting, or music, all bring me the same joy. This diversity of interests fuels my energy and gives me a fresh perspective that I\u2019m eager to bring into the classroom.<\/span><\/p>\n

At Avenor, I hope to contribute to developing an environment that celebrates innovation. I want to involve students in interdisciplinary projects that show the practical relevance of their knowledge and spark their curiosity.
