I joined the Avenor community in 2021 as part of the Early Years team. The years I have spent working with children at the very beginning of their educational journey have given me the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop a deep understanding of how important these early foundations are for every child’s development. Each experience, challenge, and success has contributed to both my professional and personal growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am excited to begin this new chapter in Primary School, seeing it as an opportunity to build on the experience I have gained over the years by contributing to the development of teaching practice and helping create meaningful learning experiences for our students.<\/span><\/p>\n

For me, becoming a teacher was never a coincidence – it was a path that unfolded naturally. I grew up in a family where education was always deeply valued. My mother, grandfather, and great-grandfather were all teachers, and through their example I learned that a teacher does far more than impart knowledge; they have the power to leave a lasting impact on a child’s life. It is a privilege to continue this family tradition with a deep sense of responsibility and respect for the values they passed on to me.<\/span><\/p>\n

I began my teaching career in 2004 after graduating from the <\/span>English Teacher Training College<\/span><\/i> at Petru Maior University<\/span><\/i> in T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219. I later continued my academic studies by earning a degree in <\/span>Psychology from Dimitrie Cantemir University <\/span><\/i>in 2015, followed a year later by a <\/span>degree in Romanian and English Language and Literature.<\/span><\/i> Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children of different ages, an experience that has given me a profound understanding of how children learn, develop, and discover their unique potential.<\/span><\/p>\n

I believe that continuous professional development is an essential part of being an educator. With a commitment to lifelong learning, I completed both the <\/span>Practitioner and Master levels of Neuro-Linguistic Programming <\/span><\/i>(NLP). These programmes have strengthened my communication skills, helped me provide meaningful and constructive feedback, and enabled me to create a classroom environment where children feel confident to take risks, make mistakes, and learn from them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Every child is unique and learns at their own pace. My role is to create an environment where children feel safe, encouraged, and valued, and where learning is driven by curiosity and confidence. I am guided by the principle: <\/span>“Prepare the child for the road, not the road for the child.”<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

I place great importance on building open and trusting relationships with both students and their families, founded on communication, mutual respect, and collaboration. I believe that education is a true partnership, and that the best outcomes are achieved when we work together.<\/span><\/p>\n

Outside the classroom, I enjoy reading, spending time in nature, staying active, and cooking. These activities help me recharge, nurture my curiosity, and appreciate life’s simple pleasures.<\/span><\/p>\n

At Avenor, I hope to contribute to a learning environment where children come to school with enthusiasm, learn with confidence, and feel seen, heard, and valued.
