It takes a great deal of creativity to imagine what jobs will look like in 2050. However, regardless of their titles, the role of the teacher will remain essential. Beyond delivering information, a teacher offers empathy, builds trust, and creates authentic relationships \u2014 the ideal context for developing truly relevant life skills.<\/span><\/p>\n I discovered my vocation back in high school, inspired by teachers who awakened in me a deep curiosity and a desire to understand the world. I studied Physics at the University of Bucharest, fascinated by the balance and beauty of the universe. This passion naturally led me to education, where I realized that real change begins with ourselves.<\/span><\/p>\n I continued my professional development with a Master\u2019s degree in \u201cEducational Management and Institutional Communication\u201d at SNSPA, an MBA scholarship from the British Academy of Business and Communication, and further specializations as a trainer, mentor, ARACIP evaluator, and expert in educational management. I firmly believe that the teacher of the future is a lifelong learner \u2014 adaptable and inspiring by example.<\/span><\/p>\n Still, I felt the need for something more: a living educational community where ideas take shape, learning is collaborative, and innovation is encouraged. That\u2019s how I discovered Avenor \u2014 a place where I felt I could grow alongside a team that shares the same values. Here, each day brings a new opportunity to build, to give, and to learn.<\/span><\/p>\n To support a modern approach to education, I completed international training courses such as TKT: CLIL (Cambridge University), Introduction to Data Wise, and The Power of Making Thinking Visible (Harvard University). These experiences helped me develop teaching practices focused on critical thinking, collaboration, and making students\u2019 thinking visible.<\/span><\/p>\n Volunteering is an essential part of my journey. I am a founding member of two NGOs and have coordinated educational projects with non-reimbursable funding dedicated to children. I am also one of the first leaders of The Duke of Edinburgh\u2019s International Award at Avenor, helping build a vibrant community of over 200 engaged students \u2014 autonomous, courageous, and ready to explore the world.<\/span><\/p>\n We are in flight \u2014 perhaps still a little tentative, but with great potential. With each wingbeat, we gain confidence, meaning, and direction.
