Every life has a story. That’s why I have been fascinated by people and their past since I was little. My passion for the culture and civilization of humanity materialized through in-depth study of history and philosophy at the “Dun\u0103rea de Jos” University in Gala\u021bi. A few years later, I pursued a master’s degree in “Diplomacy and Political History” at the Faculty of History in Bucharest.<\/span><\/p>\n

I decided to become a teacher early on, as early as the 6th grade, impressed by my Form tutor. I began my career at a Middle school in Gala\u021bi, then at a National college. After four years, my move to Bucharest coincided with the transition from the public system to the private one, where I encountered an international education system.<\/span><\/p>\n

By exploring new teaching and assessment methods, while also adapting them to the national system, I managed to participate with my students in numerous history-themed competitions, achieving very good results in both local and national competitions.<\/span><\/p>\n

My compassion for people led me to also focus on their needs. Therefore, through partnerships with foundations and associations, I got involved in humanitarian campaigns. Interaction with children, their ideas, and their concerns made me love this profession and practice it with passion.<\/span><\/p>\n

I enthusiastically joined the Avenor College team, where I met open-minded, inspired people who care about the quality of education and the promotion of values.<\/span><\/p>\n

The past 10 years have been full of challenges and successes; we got involved in shaping and organizing new and large-scale projects. I am proud of the results achieved by our students, guided by dedicated and creative teachers. We have enjoyed excellent successes that place us at the top of prestigious schools, proving that we are a team passionate and professional about our work.<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout my career, I have accumulated solid knowledge and diverse skills by participating in numerous courses, conferences, and international training, allowing me to provide my students with quality education tailored to their specific needs. I have participated in various courses and training programs, such as the Middle Leadership COBIS course in 2020 and the National Professional Qualification for Leading Behaviour and Culture – International Autumn 2022, to develop my leadership skills. Participation in the COBIS conferences in 2019 and 2022, with themes <\/span>Vision 2030: The Future of International Education and Connect, Reflect, and Explore,<\/span><\/i> as well as <\/span>Learning by Design <\/span><\/i>organized by International School of Brussel, provided opportunities for my colleagues and me to connect with the international educational community and adapt to changes in the domain.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have collaborated with various schools and educational institutions both nationally and internationally. I participated in partnership projects with schools in Madrid and Ia\u0219i and was involved in organizing co-curricular activities in Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, and the USA.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am passionate about teaching and continuous personal development, which is why I have held courses at the national level for teachers and colleagues at Avenor College. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with other teachers and contributing to our professional growth. Therefore, I developed a course called “Teaching with Love and Logic,” which combines elements of wellbeing and class management methods.<\/span><\/p>\n
