I set out on my journey with the aim of helping shape well-rounded individuals who align with the demands of today\u2019s society. Alongside my students, I\u2019ve continuously explored new discoveries, learned the importance of patience, nurtured imagination and creativity, shared the excitement before school events and competitions, and celebrated each academic success with them.<\/span><\/p>\n

I graduated from the Pedagogical High School in Ploie\u0219ti, specializing in primary education, and then pursued a degree in Romanian and English at the Faculty of Letters and Sciences, part of the Petroleum-Gas University of Ploie\u0219ti. Throughout my teaching career, I have engaged in numerous professional development courses, seminars, and both national and international symposiums. I have organized and coordinated various school and extracurricular activities through educational partnerships with other institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2009, I transitioned to a private school, which introduced me to the international education system. I served as the head of the social dialogue committee at the school\u2019s PTA (Parents-Teachers Association), and I organized and managed diverse educational projects such as Talent Shows and Easter Bazaars. I also created and led the \u201cEducation through Art\u201d competition to foster students\u2019 creative talents. Additionally, I participated in the Commission for Quality Assurance in Education and was responsible for overseeing school competitions and olympiads. I also had the chance to volunteer in several humanitarian campaigns.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was during this journey that I discovered Avenor School. I was drawn to its welcoming environment, the professionalism of its team, and, most importantly, the school\u2019s vision of education.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since the 2014-2015 school year, I\u2019ve been part of the Avenor team, a dedicated group of professionals committed to educational excellence.
