I chose to become a teacher at a young age, inspired by a strong role model in my family. I graduated from the \u201cElena Cuza\u201d Pedagogical High School in Bucharest, followed by the University College for Primary School Teachers (specialising in Socio-Psycho-Pedagogy and English Language). To complete my professional training, I also graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences \u2013 Department for Primary and Preschool Education at the University of Bucharest.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the course of nearly 30 years spent alongside primary school children, I have placed great emphasis on continuous development. In the 2013\u20132014 school year, I obtained the First Teaching Degree, and later passed six Cambridge exams, earning the following certifications:<\/span><\/p>\n

IGCSE \u2013 English as a Second Language; Teaching Knowledge Test \u2013 Young Learners, Content and Language Integrated Learning, Managing the Teaching and Learning Process, Lesson Planning and Use of Resources for Language Teaching, Language and Background to Language Learning and Teaching.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2012, I have chosen to grow professionally within the Avenor community, alongside a dedicated team that promotes excellence in education every single day. Together, we have consistently demonstrated the outstanding quality of the transformational education offered in our school \u2014 a standard officially recognised by external accreditation bodies.<\/span>
\n<\/span> As such, BSO (British Schools Overseas) awarded us an \u201cOutstanding\u201d rating across all inspected standards, while ARACIP evaluated us as \u201cVery Good\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2024, I became a BSO Inspector after completing Level One and Level Two School Inspector Training courses, organised by Penta International \u2013 marking a new stage in my professional journey.<\/span><\/p>\n

I strongly believe that vocation is the foundation of this profession. Education requires not only competence and dedication, but also a deep understanding of a child\u2019s heart and soul. We work with what is most valuable: the minds and emotions of young learners, shaping their future with care, intuition, and responsibility.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over time, I have experienced countless moments of learning, discovery, and genuine emotion alongside my students. I feel grateful for every encounter with former pupils who still carry with them a piece of our shared journey.<\/span><\/p>\n

To me, Avenor is more than a school \u2013 it is a community that upholds professionalism, mutual respect, authentic communication, and a strong sense of belonging.
