I developed a passion for teaching early on, having been raised in a family of educators. Following in their footsteps, I graduated from the Pedagogical College with a dual specialization in primary and preschool education. My love for writing and history led me to pursue studies at the Faculty of History and Philosophy in Cluj Napoca and the Faculty of Journalism in Bucharest. Over the years, I’ve engaged in various specialized courses, continually seeking knowledge and self-improvement. This journey has included earning a Level I teaching degree, completing a year of a master’s program, specializing in Trainer Training, The TKT Course CLIL Module for Primary at Cambridge University, National Professional Qualification for Leading Behaviour and Culture, CRED – Relevant Curriculum, Open Education for All, and CGC Modules with Kevin Bartlett.<\/span><\/p>\n

The core principle of my teaching philosophy is straightforward: students in a classroom are like flowers in a field. In one corner, you may find the enthusiastic student who is eager to agree, in another, the indifferent one; elsewhere, the skeptic, and in another spot, the ironic one. A teacher\u2019s true satisfaction comes from appreciating each student\u2019s unique qualities and helping to shape their individual personalities, while simultaneously creating the most beautiful bouquet of flowers.<\/span><\/p>\n

During my life\u2019s journey, I found Avenor College, where I discovered I wasn’t alone in believing in this approach to educating future generations. Since then, I\u2019ve experienced years filled with exciting events and, most importantly, personal and professional fulfillment, as I found a true sense of family here.<\/span><\/p>\n

During my time at Avenor College, I\u2019ve grown alongside my students. Together with them and their parents, we\u2019ve managed to stay calm when facing challenges and have found the right solutions along the way. We’ve come to appreciate the value of extra reading or a weekend assignment, while also nurturing our love for play and discovering the power to change what once seemed unchangeable.<\/span><\/p>\n
