Nursery Teacher
Deputy Academic Lead

I chose to become a teacher because I truly love the world of childhood – its honesty, curiosity, spontaneity, and the joy of discovering something new. From my very first experiences in education, I felt that my place was in a classroom filled with energy, play, and smiles. I see the role of a teacher as much more than simply delivering knowledge – it means being a patient guide, an emotional support, and a trusted companion in children’s development.

I began working in private education in 2013, and in 2021 I joined the Avenor team. From the very beginning, I knew I had found a place where children are truly at the centre and where teachers are encouraged to grow, innovate, and feel part of a warm and professional community.

Academically, I graduated from the Faculty of Social Work – an experience that taught me the importance of seeing the child as a whole person, with emotions, needs, their own pace, and unique potential. Later on, I pursued studies at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, where I learned how to design learning environments that are built on trust, collaboration, and personal growth. Motivated to support my fellow teachers even more, I continued with a Master’s degree in Mentoring in Education, which has given me valuable tools to help others grow professionally.

Currently, I work as a Nursery Teacher and Deputy Academic Lead – roles that allow me to enjoy the daily magic of working with children while also contributing to the development of my colleagues through mentoring and collaboration.

Outside the classroom, I’m passionate about traveling, I love spending time with my family, and I enjoy music, dancing, and reading. I believe in lifelong learning and in the power of community to make education warmer, more human, and more meaningful.

At Avenor, I hope to remain open, curious, and connected to the needs of both children and colleagues. I truly hope we can continue to build, together, a learning environment where everyone grows with joy.
