The passion for education came during high school, inspired by one of my class teachers. He showed me how beautiful and interesting it can be both to learn and to teach. I was inspired by his teaching style and the methods he used, which were things I had seen rarely until that moment.

My teacher helped me discover that we all have something special within us, which, with the specific support, we can develop and make the most of. Another motivation for pursuing a career in education is my love and fascination for children, as well as the fact that I have always been on the same wavelength with them.

Creativity is a quality that represents me and is an asset in this profession. I believe it can be used daily to make the learning process a pleasant experience for the little ones. Thus, my goal as a teacher is to create activities that make children say, “Yes, it’s enjoyable to learn and discover new things.” and also, “The teacher had confidence in me and what I can do, so I can have confidence in myself.“. One of my purposes and desires is to help children discover themselves and develop harmoniously.

Even though I am at the beginning of my journey, I will be by the children’s side, and we will develop together. 

In 2023, I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Bucharest, specialising in Primary and Preschool Education Pedagogy.

Furthermore, I enrolled in a Master program – Alternative Pedagogies, and Theater Art in Education, aiming to help me strengthen and perfect my teaching methods and discover even more innovative approaches to use in the classroom. 

I love literature, art, and nature. I always try to learn new things, to develop myself and share with those around me.

I believe that Avenor offers an exceptional professional environment for a beginning teacher who wants to learn and develop for a successful career in an international school with high standards. I am eagerly awaiting the new school year, which I am confident will be one of discoveries.
