Andreea Voinea

Learning Assistant

I chose the path of education because I believe I can contribute to shaping generations of curious, empathetic, and confident young people. I enjoy being around others, learning from every experience, and building relationships based on trust and support – all of which naturally led me to a teaching career.

I graduated from “Ion Barbu” Theoretical High School in Pitești, humanities profile, a place that nurtured my passion for language, literature, and communication. In 2025, I completed my Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Letters, University of Pitești, with a major in Romanian and English Language and Literature. During my undergraduate years, I also completed the Level I psycho-pedagogical training module. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Translation Studies – English Language, Translations in a European Context, and I am also enrolled in Level II of the psycho-pedagogical module to further deepen my educational training.

University was more than an academic journey for me – I actively participated in events that helped shape my interests and professional direction. I was involved in initiatives such as the Poli Book Club, Shakespeare Day, and the Christmas Fair, where I discovered the joy of collaboration and the meaningful impact educational and charitable projects can have on a community.

I am passionate about reading, personal development, and working directly with children. I believe in learning through play, exploration, and empathy, and I want the students I work with to feel encouraged to ask questions, to discover, and to grow in a safe and positive environment.

At Avenor, I hope to bring my energy, patience, and enthusiasm to support a learning community where every child is valued and empowered in their personal journey. I see this role as an opportunity to keep learning and growing alongside a dedicated and passionate educational team.
