I am Bianca Bucă, and I have recently become a member of the Avenor team. My inclination toward the field of education has taken shape over the past 7 years, commencing with my enrollment in the Pedagogical High School in 2016. Initially, the endeavor appeared daunting, laden with significant responsibilities. However, through the course of my professional training, I came to recognise that when you engage in this vocation with genuine affection and develop a fervor for the act of teaching, the labour transforms into what can only be described as “child’s play”!

From a young age, as I observed my teachers, I envisioned the potential beauty in the life of an educator. Hence, when the time came for me to select my life’s path, I embarked on the most gratifying journey available to a high school student – that of a future teacher.

In my view, children constitute the bedrock of our future. Without them, our existence would lack the vibrancy and vitality that we experience. My affinity for working with children stems from the ability it affords me to nurture my inner child’s happiness. Concurrently, I derive immense gratification from their company, relishing the opportunity to impart new knowledge, share in their enthusiasm, and witness their profound growth both collectively and individually within a group setting.

In 2020, I successfully completed my studies at the “Ștefan Bănulescu” Pedagogical High School in Călăraşi, earning the Professional Qualification Certificate at Level 4 for Teaching and Education, along with the Certificate of Linguistic Competence in the English Language.

In July 2023, I graduated from the Faculty of Political, Administrative, and Communication Sciences at “Babeș-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca. My specialisation was Leadership in the Public Sector, and the entire program was conducted in English. During my time there, I honed not only my English language grammar but also my diction and interpersonal communication skills. This experience enhanced my ability to engage effectively with others.

Allow me to introduce myself. I am an individual characterised by remarkable energy, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility. These qualities became evident to me in 2018 when I became part of the team at an Adventure Camp in Romania. Simultaneously, during my time in high school, I actively engaged with numerous student associations and organisations across Romania. Presently, my dedication as a volunteer at the Romanian Red Cross, Călărași branch, continues to thrive, a commitment I have upheld since 2016.

My primary passions revolve around music, dance, and theatre. In 2015, I embarked on singing lessons, and it swiftly evolved into my central passion for several years. This journey led me to participate in numerous national and international competitions and festivals, resulting in an impressive accolade of achievements.

During 2017, I became a member of the “Trepte” Theater Troupe in Călărași. This experience honed my diction skills significantly in both Romanian and English. It was within this troupe that I cultivated my aspiration to consistently exhibit my utmost and strive to be the finest rendition of myself.

In 2020, with an abundance of leisure time at my disposal, I discovered new hobbies that encompassed both outdoor and indoor pursuits. Photography, encompassing both digital and film mediums, along with drawing, painting, gardening, and cooking all captivated my interest. My foray into these activities was fueled by sheer passion, and from the outset, I embraced a self-taught approach with an unwavering desire to progress.

As I embark on my journey at Avenor College, my foremost aspiration is an unceasing commitment to my personal development, continually evolving into an enhanced iteration of myself with each passing day.
