Cezara Manea-Lungu
Nursery Teacher

I joined the Avenor team in 2021 as a Year One teacher, and I can truly say that it has been one of the most meaningful and adventurous chapters of my life. Surrounded by a supportive team, I’ve created countless memories and grown both personally and professionally.
Teaching has always been my vocation. From a young age, inspired by strong role models—my mother, grandfather, and great-grandfather—I knew I was meant to become a teacher. This path has felt natural and deeply fulfilling from the very beginning.
My teaching journey began in 2004, shortly after graduating from the College for School Teachers at ‘Petru Maior’ University in Târgu Mureș. I later completed a degree in Romanian and English Language in 2006 and went on to graduate from the Faculty of Psychology at Dimitrie Cantemir University in 2015. Since then, I have spent over 20 years working with children, building meaningful relationships and gathering memories.
My educational philosophy is guided by the belief: “Prepare the child for the path, not the path for the child.” I’ve learned that every child is unique—each with their own needs, interests, and rhythm of learning. It is our responsibility, as educators, to adapt our approaches so we can truly support, guide, and prepare them for the real world.
To deepen my ability to connect with students and support their emotional development, I recently completed NLP Practitioner and Master training. It has helped me refine the way I give feedback, encourage confidence, and guide children through moments of challenge or frustration, and became part of my everyday approach in the classroom and beyond.
Outside the classroom, I find balance through reading and outdoor sports, which keep me connected to nature and to myself. I see every experience as part of a lifelong journey of growth and reflection.
At Avenor, I have found more than a workplace—I have found a community that uplifts and inspires. It is a place where teachers are encouraged to grow. I am grateful every day to be part of a team that celebrates both individuality and collaboration in the spirit of meaningful education.
