Corina Trâmbițașu
Teacher of English Language

My journey in education began in childhood, fuelled by a profound love for reading that opened the world of books to me. I was fortunate to have my grandfather as a guiding light in my studies, and his mentorship truly left a lasting impact on my early years. I cherish the invaluable memories of him as a supportive and knowledgeable teacher.
Having such a mentor made it effortless for me to embrace my role as a diligent student; I approached learning with the eagerness of a sponge soaking up knowledge. Today, I am proud to be a qualified teacher with the opportunity to teach internationally in both English and Romanian in primary schools. My path has been long and enriching, allowing me to cultivate a wide array of teaching skills and learn from extraordinary educators along the way.
I consider extracurricular activities and after-school clubs essential for developing critical skills in students, and I have taken the initiative to plan and oversee these programs across multiple educational institutions. My passion for education drives me to design engaging lessons and create a nurturing environment that sparks a love for learning in my students. I am dedicated to empowering them, fostering their growth, and shaping their futures with enthusiasm and care.
With 12 years of experience in various schools, I have held roles as a class teacher, subject teacher, and support teacher. This extensive background has enabled me to work effectively within a diverse community of parents, students, and colleagues. I understand different characters and can adapt to various situations, allowing me to navigate challenges with confidence and make a meaningful impact in pupils’ learning journeys.
In 2013, I graduated from the University of Essex in England, where I studied Early Years for three years. This program equipped me for the SCITT (Teacher Training) pedagogical module, and upon its completion, I embarked on my teaching career as an Early Career Teacher (ECT). After two years of dedicated teaching, I earned the recognition of Fully Qualified Teacher Status.
I decided to move from England to Romania, and I’m excited to be part of the wonderful team at Avenor College and to contribute with my experience and passion for education.
