Hello, I’m Cosmina – Paula Perianu and I joined the Avenor team in 2024. 

During university, I was a volunteer at a public nursery, and in 2022, I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj – Napoca. Since then I have been working with children aged 1 – 3, applying the knowledge gained during my studies. This stage helped me understand the needs and potential of children more deeply.

I enjoy discovering new things and sharing this joy with the children. I strive to evolve and contribute to the harmonious development of the children, helping them become independent and responsible.

I’m excited about the challenges and opportunities that Avenor brings. My personal and professional development remains my priorities. With each step on this journey, I aim to bring value and contribute to building a better future for the children I have the opportunity to educate.
