We are starting a new school year with great enthusiasm and energy, and it is a true joy for me to guide my students through this important stage of their educational journey. This is a special time, filled with curiosity, discovery, and growing confidence in the world of learning. I am honored to continue this journey alongside the children, in an environment that supports their harmonious development at Avenor.

Since 2005, when I began working as a teacher at Avenor Nursery, I have found a perfect environment to grow as an educator. Throughout my time here, I’ve had the chance to work with various age groups, which has allowed me to interact and collaborate with numerous students, teachers, and parents. This experience has helped me develop a deep understanding of how to tailor my teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children.

My time at Avenor has been one of growth, allowing me to confidently adjust my teaching style to suit students of all ages. I take great pleasure in engaging children in active learning and understanding their unique educational needs. Throughout my experience here, I’ve learned that each day with the children is a joyful part of a larger journey, filled with wonderful and surprising moments.

I started my career in education while still a university student, involved in social volunteer work. As I progressed through my studies, I became increasingly focused on finding innovative approaches within the educational system.

In 2006, I graduated from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, with a specialisation in Educational Sciences. In 2008, I completed a master’s degree in School and Career Counseling, followed by a GCDF specialisation in Counseling Supervision in 2009. I am also certified as an EYFS teacher for the British curriculum. Continuing my education at the University of Bucharest, I earned a dual qualification in Preschool and Primary Education Pedagogy, along with my teaching certification.

My passions, such as fine arts, crafts, sewing, and mathematics, have always been a source of inspiration in my teaching.

What motivates me most as a teacher at Avenor is the care I give to each child’s well-being and the joy of accompanying them in their journey of growth and learning. I strongly believe in the power of collaboration between teacher, child, family, and the wider educational team. I aim to provide my students with an environment where they feel confident, supported, and encouraged to explore the world actively and with enthusiasm. I am grateful to be part of the Avenor team and look forward to continuing building a strong school-family partnership to support each child.
