Estera Vlaicu

Learning Assistant

My name is Estera Vlaicu and I am glad to be part of the Avenor team.

My passion for education emerged during my university years when I helped students prepare for the National Evaluation Exam in Romanian, providing support and guiding them to achieve notable performances. Since then, I realised my goal is to guide children, directly contributing to their education and development.

The attraction to reading and foreign languages led me to pursue studies at the Faculty of Letters within the University of Bucharest, specialising in Romanian Language and Literature  – English Language and Literature.

Furthermore, I completed the psycho-pedagogical module within the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences to better understand the socio-emotional development of children in the teaching-learning process. I gained pedagogical experience in two public schools, developing communication, interpersonal, and adaptability skills based on students’ needs.

I always wished to work in the field of education, but I never imagined I would become a teacher. I used to believe the role of a teacher is extremely important, as it involves many responsibilities. However, working here, it seemed that this new role suits me increasingly well. I am delighted to share experiences with children and be part of their formative process as future grown-ups.

I am a creative, dedicated, organised person with strong life principles, who enjoys being surrounded by children’s laughter. Among my passions are reading, traveling, and playing piano.

Every day spent with children motivates me to learn and become a successful teacher, and I am confident that by working together, we can create a better world.
