Ever since I was a child, I dreamed of becoming a teacher. My younger sister was my first student, and the wardrobe doors served as my chalkboard. I often think back fondly to those childhood games — memories that became even more meaningful when I graduated and saw my dream come true.

In 2005, I earned my degree from the National College of Educators, part of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at “Al. I. Cuza” University in Iași. My professional learning journey didn’t stop there. In 2018, I obtained the Cambridge English FCE certificate and my Tenure certification for teaching in early childhood education. I later pursued courses in NLP and became a certified coach through the Romanian Coaching Institute. These experiences have enabled me to design learning environments that meet the diverse needs of children, encouraging them to explore and discover with confidence. In 2022, I obtained my Level II Teaching Certification.

Since 2005, I have taught in both public and private schools and have taken on leadership roles in several of them. Every step of the way has helped shape who I am as a teacher and as a person. I am grateful to apply my experience and skills in a variety of teaching and learning contexts.

Starting 2017, at Avenor, I’ve had the opportunity to work with all age groups in the Nursery and to guide children toward their learning goals, helping them believe in what they already know and what they are capable of achieving. I’ve also mentored new colleagues, supporting them in implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

Joining the primary school team, I am excited to embark with the children on a new stage of their educational journey – the beginning of school life – a world full of discovery, curiosity, and growth. This change comes as a natural continuation of my recent years of experience working closely with Year 1 children in preparing them for the transition to school.

I truly believe that every child can reach their full potential when they feel confident and supported. That’s why I focus on building meaningful relationships rooted in trust and care — where mistakes are seen as opportunities to grow and every challenge becomes a step forward.

Each day, I find joy in entering the children’s magical world — a space filled with wonder, discovery, songs, and laughter. Avenor is the place where we shape the leaders of the future—a journey during which children need dedicated teachers. I am grateful to contribute to this wonderful mission with passion and commitment.
