Ovidiu Mirăuță
Learning Assistant

I am happy to be part of the Avenor teaching team and to work in an educational environment where students are supported not only academically, but also emotionally and socially. I strongly believe in the transformative power of education and in the profound impact a teacher can have on a child’s development.
I graduated from “Mihai Eminescu” High School in Bacău in 2016, a place that shaped my early cultural interests and sparked my passion for philology. In 2019, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Romanian and English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Letters at “Vasile Alecsandri” University in Bacău. I later completed a Master’s program at the same university in English Language – Communication Practices.
What began as a simple curiosity for English gradually turned into a deep fascination with its literature, language, culture, and Anglo-Saxon history. This passion inspired me to explore not only the structure of the language but also the rich cultural context in which it evolved. My desire to share this knowledge naturally led me to education, where I found a meaningful way to help students discover their potential and grow as independent learners.
My experience working with students has taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and clear communication. I strongly believe that every child learns at their own pace and that our role as educators is to guide, to build trust, and to adapt our approach to each learner’s unique needs.
Avenor is a place where my personal values—passion for knowledge, respect for diversity, and commitment to lifelong learning—align perfectly with the school’s mission. I am proud to be part of a team that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and responsibility, while seeing every child as a unique individual on a continuous journey of learning and self-discovery.
