Teacher of German

My passion for education developed naturally from my love for foreign languages and my desire to work with children and young people. Since my high school years, I have been involved in various volunteering projects, many of which had an educational component. These experiences helped me understand the positive impact a teacher can have on students’ lives and strengthened my belief that education is one of the most important tools for personal and professional development.

I believe that a teacher’s role goes beyond simply delivering knowledge in a particular subject. A teacher has the responsibility to create a safe, motivating, and inclusive environment in which students feel confident, respected, and encouraged to express their ideas. When learning a foreign language, the educational process means much more than acquiring vocabulary and grammar rules. It is an opportunity to develop curiosity, openness towards other cultures, communication skills, and self-confidence. My goal is for every student to discover the joy of learning and to make the most of their potential in an authentic way.

I graduated from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu with a degree in German and English Language and Literature. During my university studies, I also completed the Psycho-Pedagogical Training Programme, which provided me with the theoretical and practical foundation necessary to build a career in education. This academic experience strengthened both my linguistic competencies and my understanding of teaching and learning processes.

I began my professional journey as a German language teacher in 2020. Since April 2024, I have been working in a school environment, an experience that has given me the opportunity to further develop my teaching skills and build meaningful relationships with students. Throughout my professional activity, I have focused on creating interactive and relevant lessons that encourage active participation and contribute to developing a positive attitude towards foreign language learning. At the same time, I have enthusiastically taken part in school projects and activities that have enriched students’ educational experiences and encouraged collaboration within the school community.

Languages and the cultures they represent are among my greatest passions. My interest in foreign languages did not end with my university studies; it continues to be an important part of my ongoing personal and professional development. I enjoy discovering new languages, cultures, and perspectives, and this passion is reflected in my work in the classroom. Volunteering has also played an important role in my development, giving me the opportunity to contribute to educational and community projects and to better understand the needs of those around me.

At Avenor, I hope to become part of a community that values excellence, collaboration, and innovation in education. I aspire to inspire students to develop a genuine passion for foreign languages, gain confidence in their own abilities, and view the world with openness and curiosity. At the same time, I look forward to learning alongside my colleagues, building strong relationships with students and their families, and contributing to the creation of an environment where every child feels supported, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
