Andreea Voinea

Learning Assistant

The choice to pursue a career in education came naturally to me, driven by a desire to contribute to children’s development and to be part of their learning journey. I believe that every child has unique potential and learns best in an environment where they feel safe, encouraged, and valued. I enjoy working with people, learning from every experience, and building relationships based on respect, trust, and collaboration.

I graduated from “Ion Barbu” Theoretical High School in Pitești, specialising in Philology, where I developed my passion for language, literature, and communication. In 2025, I completed my Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Letters, University of Pitești, majoring in Romanian Language and Literature and English Language and Literature. During my studies, I also completed the Level I Teacher Training Programme. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Translation Studies – English Language: Translations in a European Context, having completed the first year of the programme, while continuing my teacher training through the Level II Teacher Training Programme.

In 2025, I joined the Avenor community, an experience that has helped me grow both professionally and personally. Working daily with children, I have learned how important it is to adapt to each student’s needs, to offer support and encouragement, and to create an environment where they feel comfortable asking questions, exploring, and learning with confidence. Collaborating with teachers and being involved in school activities has given me valuable insight into teamwork and into the impact that a positive educational environment can have on children’s development. This experience has confirmed that education is the field in which I want to grow in the long term.

During my university years, I participated in activities such as the Poli Book Club, Shakespeare Day, and the Christmas Fair – experiences that developed my team spirit and helped me understand the importance of involvement in educational projects and initiatives that bring people together.

I am passionate about reading, personal development, and working with children and teenagers. I believe in learning through curiosity, exploration, and empathy, and I strive for every student I work with to feel heard, understood, and encouraged to discover their own potential.

At Avenor, I aim to continue learning and growing alongside a dedicated team, contributing to the creation of an environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to learn with joy.
