Learning Assistant

A good teacher is a lifelong learner. It’s easy to instill enthusiasm for learning in students if you are a model of lifelong learning, and show it in a natural way, with passion and modesty. It is the teacher’s role to assist students in developing this ability fluidly and persistently.

In 2017, I graduated from “Spiru Haret” National College in Târgu-Jiu, specializing in French and Philology. Subsequently, I enrolled at the Faculty of Letters within the University of Bucharest, specializing in Universal and Comparative Literature. During my time at the university, I continued studying the French language. Additionally, I completed the Psycho Pedagogical Module within the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Bucharest.

I eagerly joined the Avenor team as a Learning Assistant. I look forward to the start of this new chapter. Being at the beginning of my career, I aspire to develop myself, absorb as much information as possible from my colleagues who already have extensive experience in education, and continuously improve my teaching skills.

I believe that being sensitive to the individual needs of students is an exceptional quality of a teacher. When a teacher manages to be empathetic and see things from their students’ perspective, they truly become mentors to them on their path to success.

Starting from the individual needs of each student, I aim to help them develop a positive self-image, grow harmoniously, and have a realistic understanding of their progress over time. Another personal objective is for every student in my class to cultivate an enthusiastic attitude towards school.

I begin the new school year with confidence and joy, convinced that it will be a priceless learning journey.
