Communication at Avenor Nursery

Official communication is conveyed to parents through the platforms ENGAGE and OPEN APPLY.

ENGAGE serves as a method to stay connected with teachers and provides access to the child’s academic status, including educational materials, assessment reports, timetable, and attendance.

OPEN APPLY, on the other hand, facilitates official communication regarding school enrollment and re-enrollment, and it’s also the platform where all necessary administrative documents are uploaded throughout the academic year.

Both portals offer mobile applications, making it easier for you to use them directly from your mobile phone. You can download the Engage School App and Open Apply App from either the Google Play Store or the App Store. Both applications require you to log in using the username and password provided to each parent for accessing the portals. Additionally, for the Engage app, you’ll need to enter the school’s identification code (School ID): AVE368.

NEW – WE ARE PREPARING TO LAUNCH THE AVENOR PARENTS PORTAL

The Avenor Parents Portal is a platform designed to provide parents with a single point of access to relevant information. The Portal offers the following benefits:

  • Real-time access to financial information and the ability to pay invoices via card for individuals
  • The option to complete the absence form without entering the child’s personal identification number (CNP)
  • The possibility to order school uniforms without needing the child’s CNP
  • The opportunity to provide feedback on meals for children at Avenor
  • Access to the campus for parents using an individual QR code
  • Access to additional applications like Engage, Open Apply, and Google Classroom, along with the option to view various reports
  • A chatbot will be available to help navigate  information in the Parents’ Guide.

Each parent will have a secure password-protected access to the Portal. The Portal will be available in both mobile and desktop versions.

Setting up the Parents' Committee

We would like to thank the parents who will join the Committee, as their main role will be to ensure good communication between the school and the parents community. At the Parents – Teachers Meetings (PTMs), organised in September, you will be invited to choose the class representative for this school year.
