Teaching was not my first career path, however having accepted the challenge of becoming a teacher, I have grown to love being one. Having worked in many different domains, I found that teaching is the most noble and rewarding career path.

My undergraduate background is in Computer Science and Business Administration, and I completed my formal education with a masters degree in Cybersecurity. I am also a proud Certified Google Educator.

My teaching career started at Avenor College in 2018, as a part time teacher of Computer Science. I have since discovered an interest in teaching Design and Technology. Currently I am teaching Computer Science and Design and Technology as well as running a Robotics club for students who are interested. I am also the Form Tutor of Grade 12.

I like to spend time outdoors and I am passionate about sports. I also have a lifelong interest in Lego and I enjoy building unique machines using Legos whenever I have the opportunity.

I am sure that this year will be a great one, filled with many achievements and memorable moments together with my students and I look forward to this experience.

Last but not least, I wish my colleagues and students success in the new school year at Avenor College.
